Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

Pridder (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates as a product-based software company.
This Cancellation Policy explains the rules and conditions regarding cancellation of subscriptions, licenses, and product access.

Although we do not offer traditional cancellation of purchased plans, the following points provide full transparency on how cancellation requests are handled.

A. General Rules (1–10)

  1. All purchases made for Pridder software products are final and non-cancellable.
  2. Since Pridder provides digital, instantly accessible products, cancellations are not supported after activation.
  3. By purchasing any plan, the user agrees to this no-cancellation policy.
  4. Subscription fees, license fees, and upgrades cannot be reversed once completed.
  5. Users are encouraged to evaluate trial or demo versions (if available) before purchasing.
  6. Any exceptions to this policy will be handled solely at Pridder’s discretion.
  7. Access to products begins immediately after payment confirmation.
  8. Users are responsible for selecting correct products and subscription levels.
  9. If a user disagrees with this policy, they must not proceed with the purchase.
  10. This policy applies globally to all Pridder products.

B. Subscription Cancellation (11–20)

  1. Subscription-based products renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal.
  2. Users may stop future billing by disabling auto-renewal in their dashboard.
  3. Cancelling auto-renewal does not cancel the ongoing subscription period.
  4. Access to the product remains active until the current paid term expires.
  5. Fees already charged for the current cycle are non-refundable.
  6. Early cancellation requests do not result in prorated refunds.
  7. Users remain responsible for all outstanding charges before cancellation takes effect.

  9. Enterprise contracts may include custom cancellation rules as stated in their agreement.
  10. Changing subscription tiers does not qualify for cancellation or refund.

C. License Cancellation (21–30)

  1. Software licenses, once issued, are non-cancellable.
  2. One-time license purchases are permanent and non-returnable.

  7. Multi-user licenses follow the same non-cancellation principle.
  8. Downgrading to a smaller license does not qualify for refunds.

  10. Enterprise licensing follows contractual terms agreed beforehand.

D. Requesting Cancellation (31–40)

  1. Users may contact support to request termination of product access.
