Return Policy

Pridder (“we”, “our”, “us”) develops and distributes digital software products, delivered instantly after purchase.
This Return Policy explains how returns are handled for all Pridder products and subscriptions.

Since Pridder provides non-tangible digital goods, we do not offer returns, but the following 100-point policy ensures transparency, fairness, and legal clarity.

A. General Return Rules (1–15)

  1. All software purchases made from Pridder are final and non-returnable.
  2. Pridder does not accept returns for any digital product once delivered.
  3. Downloaded, activated, or accessed products cannot be returned under any circumstances.
  4. By completing a purchase, the user confirms acceptance of this no-return policy.
  5. Pridder products are delivered instantly, making physical returns impossible.
  6. We do not offer returns for dissatisfaction, compatibility issues, or unused access.
  7. Users must review product details before purchasing.
  8. Pridder reserves the right to amend this policy at any time.
  9. Continued use signifies acceptance of the updated policy.
  10. No return requests will be processed for already-delivered product keys.
  11. Users acknowledge that digital goods cannot be “sent back.”
  12. Pridder’s return policy applies globally and uniformly.
  13. Refunds and returns are separate; this document covers returns only.
  14. Return exceptions are not guaranteed and remain rare.
  15. This policy covers all products listed on the Pridder platform.

B. Eligibility & Limitations (16–30)

  1. Software licenses once activated are strictly non-returnable.
  2. Subscription plans cannot be returned after activation.
  3. Return requests due to user error (wrong plan, wrong license) are not accepted.
  4. Products purchased during promotions or discounts have no return eligibility.
  5. Enterprise solutions follow contract-specific return conditions (usually none).
  6. No returns are accepted due to incomplete usage of the software.
  7. Issues caused by outdated devices or unsupported systems are not eligible.
  8. Third-party integration problems do not qualify for returns.
  9. Return requests due to personal preference or feature expectation mismatch are invalid.
  10. Pridder does not accept returns for API credits once allocated.
  11. Any add-ons or modules purchased are non-returnable.
  12. Software distribution rights or white-label licenses are final.
  13. Beta feature usage does not grant return eligibility.
  14. No returns will be accepted for lack of technical knowledge by the user.
  15. Multi-user or team licenses cannot be returned individually or partially.

C. Product Delivery & Verification (31–45)

  1. Delivery of software occurs digitally via email or dashboard.
  2. Successful delivery means the product is considered complete.
  3. Returned goods require physical return—impossible in digital delivery.
  4. Delivery confirmation from Pridder marks completion of sale.
  5. Digital download logs serve as proof of delivery.
  6. Account login and access logs serve as usage proof.
  7. Users must ensure correct email and details during purchase.
  8. Failure to receive due to incorrect details does not qualify for returns.
  9. Activation of license constitutes full acceptance of delivery.
  10. All digital keys or software files are one-time, irreversible deliveries.
  11. Pridder is not responsible for user-side technical issues.
  12. Access delays due to internet or server issues do not qualify for returns.
  13. Used, opened, or accessed software cannot be returned.
  14. Any disputes must follow our Support Verification Procedure.
  15. Returning access rights or “digital items” is not technically possible.

D. Non-Returnable Situations (46–65)

  1. Purchased software that functions correctly cannot be returned.
  2. Bugs or errors do not qualify for returns but will be fixed through updates.
  3. Failure caused by antivirus, firewall, or OS restrictions is not valid.
  4. Claims of “I don’t need it anymore” do not qualify.
  5. Duplicate purchases due to user error are not returnable.
  6. Products purchased for someone else remain non-returnable.
  7. Lack of knowledge or difficulty using the software is not return-eligible.
  8. Product misunderstanding or misinterpretation is not eligible.
  9. Internet disruptions do not qualify.
  10. Account compromise or misuse by others is not returnable.
  11. Features removed or modified over time do not qualify.
  12. Inability to operate advanced features does not justify returns.
  13. Data loss due to user error is not eligible.
  14. Unauthorized access to your account does not allow returns.
  15. Abandonment of the account does not qualify.
  16. Digital license loss due to hard drive failure is not eligible.
  17. API usage errors by user systems are not returnable.
  18. Third-party software conflicts do not qualify.
  19. Products used for unlawful activities cannot be returned.
  20. Custom-developed features cannot be returned.

E. Exceptional Return Cases (66–80)

  1. Returns may be considered only in rare cases of non-delivery.
  2. “Non-delivery” must be verified by Pridder’s technical team.
  3. Delivery failures due to user email issues do not qualify.
  4. If non-delivery is proven from Pridder’s side, we may re-deliver the product.
  5. Re-delivery replaces the need for any return.
  6. Returns are never offered for successfully delivered software.
  7. Legal obligations may require a return review only in extremely rare conditions.
  8. Chargeback abuse may result in account termination.
  9. Any return exceptions require detailed documentation.
  10. Evidence may include transaction logs, screenshots, email headers.
  11. All exceptional cases must go through Pridder Support.
  12. Exceptional approval does not guarantee a return.
  13. Decisions are final and non-negotiable.
  14. No agent or reseller may override this policy.
  15. Exceptional cases are handled within 7–15 business days.

F. Customer Responsibilities (81–90)

  1. Users must read product descriptions before purchasing.
  2. It is the user’s responsibility to check compatibility requirements.
  3. Users must secure their login and license details.
  4. Proper installation steps must be followed.
  5. Pridder is not responsible for user mistakes.
  6. Users must contact support for issues—not request returns.
  7. Customers must provide accurate billing information.
  8. Customers must maintain up-to-date account details.
  9. Return requests must be sent only via official support channels.
  10. Users agree not to misuse return request systems.

G. Legal, Final & Governing Clauses (91–100)

  1. This Return Policy is governed by applicable national/international laws.
  2. Legal actions concerning returns must follow arbitration rules.
  3. Users accept this policy automatically upon purchasing any Pridder product.
  4. If any clause is invalid, remaining sections remain enforceable.
  5. Pridder may update this policy anytime without prior notice.
  6. Continued use constitutes acceptance of all updates.
  7. Return-related disputes must be filed within legal time limits.
  8. The English version of this policy is the controlling version.
  9. This policy supersedes all previous verbal or informal return agreements.
  10. By using Pridder products, you fully acknowledge and agree to this Return Policy.
