By accessing or using any software products, platforms, tools, or digital services (“Services”) provided by Pridder, you agree to the following 100 legally valid Terms & Conditions.
A. General Terms (1–15)
- These Terms govern your use of all Pridder products and digital platforms.
- By using our Services, you accept these Terms in full.
- If you do not agree, you must stop using Pridder Services immediately.
- Pridder may modify, update, or revise these Terms at any time.
- Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
- Pridder Services are intended for business and professional use.
- Any illegal or unauthorized use of our products is strictly prohibited.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use Pridder Services.
- Users are responsible for ensuring their account security.
- Pridder reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.
- Access to some Services may require account registration.
- Information provided during registration must be accurate and complete.
- Pridder may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.
- Users agree not to copy, modify, or resell Pridder products without permission.
- All use must comply with applicable local, national, and international laws.
B. License & Usage Rights (16–28)
- Pridder products are licensed, not sold.
- You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software.
- License usage is restricted to the scope purchased/subscribed.
- Redistribution, sublicensing, or commercial resale is prohibited.
- Reverse engineering or attempting to access source code is forbidden.
- You may not remove copyright notices or proprietary labels.
- License may be revoked for misuse, fraud, or policy breaches.
- Trial licenses are temporary and subject to feature limitations.
- Renewal of license is required to maintain access.
- License terms vary based on subscription plan.
- Unauthorized sharing of login credentials is not allowed.
- Enterprise licenses may include custom terms via written agreement.
- All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Pridder.
C. User Responsibilities (29–41)
- You are responsible for maintaining your account confidentiality.
- You agree to notify Pridder of any unauthorized account activity.
- You must not use our products to transmit harmful or illegal content.
- You must ensure your systems meet the minimum technical requirements.
- You must not use Pridder Services to violate privacy or security laws.
- You must not perform load testing without written permission.
- You agree not to bypass product security controls.
- You must ensure lawful use of third-party data in the software.
- You must not upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful scripts.
- Pridder is not responsible for user-uploaded content or data.
- Users must comply with data protection laws applicable in their region.
- Pridder may restrict access if misuse is detected.
- You must not impersonate Pridder or misrepresent business affiliations.
D. Product Functionality & Availability (42–51)
- Pridder strives to keep all Services running smoothly.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance.
- Temporary downtime may occur for maintenance or system upgrades.
- Features may evolve, improve, or change over time.
- Pridder reserves the right to discontinue any product or feature.
- Availability may vary based on location, region, or device.
- Beta features may contain bugs or instability.
- Access may be restricted for security reasons without notice.
- Pridder is not liable for delays caused by internet or network issues.
- Some functionalities may depend on third-party integrations.
E. Data, Privacy, & Confidentiality (52–65)
- Use of Pridder Services is governed by our Privacy Policy.
- We process personal data only as described in that policy.
- You retain ownership of all data uploaded to our systems.
- Pridder may store, process, and analyze data to improve products.
- We implement strong security measures to protect your data.
- Pridder is not responsible for data loss caused by user negligence.
- Data backup frequency varies by product plan.
- You are responsible for exporting or backing up your own data.
- Pridder may access user data only for support or diagnostic purposes.
- All internal staff follow strict confidentiality protocols.
- Third-party processors follow industry-standard security requirements.
- We may disclose data if required by law or legal process.
- Users must not upload sensitive data unless the plan supports it.
- Data retention policies follow international compliance standards.
F. Payments & Subscription Terms (66–78)
- All paid products require upfront payment unless otherwise agreed.
- Prices may vary based on region, currency, and plan.
- Pridder may revise pricing with prior notice.
- Subscription renews automatically unless canceled.
- Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.
- Taxes and government charges may apply.
- Failure to pay may result in account suspension.
- Enterprise billing may follow a custom contract.
- Payment disputes must be reported within 15 days.
- Chargebacks without cause may result in account termination.
- Promotional pricing is temporary and non-transferable.
- Pridder is not responsible for bank delays or payment gateway fees.
- Cancellation ends future billing but does not refund past payments.
G. Intellectual Property (79–89)
- All Pridder software, logos, designs, and documentation are copyrighted.
- Product interfaces, workflows, and architecture belong to Pridder.
- Trademarks may not be used without permission.
- Users may not claim ownership of Pridder-created content.
- Third-party trademarks appear for identification purposes only.
- Custom development remains Pridder’s property unless stated otherwise.
- You may not create derivative works from Pridder products.
- Feedback or suggestions provided become Pridder’s rights.
- Unauthorized use of IP may result in legal action.
- Open-source components remain subject to their respective licenses.
- Documentation and product guides may not be redistributed.
H. Limitation of Liability (90–96)
- Pridder is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- We are not responsible for business losses, profit losses, or interruptions.
- Pridder is not liable for unauthorized access caused by user negligence.
- Maximum liability shall not exceed your subscription fee for 12 months.
- Pridder is not responsible for failures caused by third-party providers.
- Beta or experimental features are used at your own risk.
- Users agree to indemnify Pridder against misuse or policy violations.
I. Governing Law, Disputes & Legal (97–100)
- These Terms are governed by applicable local and international laws.
- Disputes will be resolved through arbitration or mediation where applicable.
- Legal notices must be sent to Pridder’s official support email.
- If any clause is found invalid, remaining terms stay in full effect.
