By accessing or using any software products, platforms, tools, or digital services (“Services”) provided by Pridder, you agree to the following 100 legally valid Terms & Conditions.


A. General Terms (1–15)

  1. These Terms govern your use of all Pridder products and digital platforms.
  2. By using our Services, you accept these Terms in full.
  3. If you do not agree, you must stop using Pridder Services immediately.
  4. Pridder may modify, update, or revise these Terms at any time.
  5. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
  6. Pridder Services are intended for business and professional use.
  7. Any illegal or unauthorized use of our products is strictly prohibited.
  8. You must be at least 18 years old to use Pridder Services.
  9. Users are responsible for ensuring their account security.
  10. Pridder reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.
  11. Access to some Services may require account registration.
  12. Information provided during registration must be accurate and complete.
  13. Pridder may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.
  14. Users agree not to copy, modify, or resell Pridder products without permission.
  15. All use must comply with applicable local, national, and international laws.

B. License & Usage Rights (16–28)

  1. Pridder products are licensed, not sold.
  2. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software.
  3. License usage is restricted to the scope purchased/subscribed.
  4. Redistribution, sublicensing, or commercial resale is prohibited.
  5. Reverse engineering or attempting to access source code is forbidden.
  6. You may not remove copyright notices or proprietary labels.
  7. License may be revoked for misuse, fraud, or policy breaches.
  8. Trial licenses are temporary and subject to feature limitations.
  9. Renewal of license is required to maintain access.
  10. License terms vary based on subscription plan.
  11. Unauthorized sharing of login credentials is not allowed.
  12. Enterprise licenses may include custom terms via written agreement.
  13. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Pridder.

C. User Responsibilities (29–41)

  1. You are responsible for maintaining your account confidentiality.
  2. You agree to notify Pridder of any unauthorized account activity.
  3. You must not use our products to transmit harmful or illegal content.
  4. You must ensure your systems meet the minimum technical requirements.
  5. You must not use Pridder Services to violate privacy or security laws.
  6. You must not perform load testing without written permission.
  7. You agree not to bypass product security controls.
  8. You must ensure lawful use of third-party data in the software.
  9. You must not upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful scripts.
  10. Pridder is not responsible for user-uploaded content or data.
  11. Users must comply with data protection laws applicable in their region.
  12. Pridder may restrict access if misuse is detected.
  13. You must not impersonate Pridder or misrepresent business affiliations.

D. Product Functionality & Availability (42–51)

  1. Pridder strives to keep all Services running smoothly.
  2. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance.
  3. Temporary downtime may occur for maintenance or system upgrades.
  4. Features may evolve, improve, or change over time.
  5. Pridder reserves the right to discontinue any product or feature.
  6. Availability may vary based on location, region, or device.
  7. Beta features may contain bugs or instability.
  8. Access may be restricted for security reasons without notice.
  9. Pridder is not liable for delays caused by internet or network issues.
  10. Some functionalities may depend on third-party integrations.

E. Data, Privacy, & Confidentiality (52–65)

  1. Use of Pridder Services is governed by our Privacy Policy.
  2. We process personal data only as described in that policy.
  3. You retain ownership of all data uploaded to our systems.
  4. Pridder may store, process, and analyze data to improve products.
  5. We implement strong security measures to protect your data.
  6. Pridder is not responsible for data loss caused by user negligence.
  7. Data backup frequency varies by product plan.
  8. You are responsible for exporting or backing up your own data.
  9. Pridder may access user data only for support or diagnostic purposes.
  10. All internal staff follow strict confidentiality protocols.
  11. Third-party processors follow industry-standard security requirements.
  12. We may disclose data if required by law or legal process.
  13. Users must not upload sensitive data unless the plan supports it.
  14. Data retention policies follow international compliance standards.

F. Payments & Subscription Terms (66–78)

  1. All paid products require upfront payment unless otherwise agreed.
  2. Prices may vary based on region, currency, and plan.
  3. Pridder may revise pricing with prior notice.
  4. Subscription renews automatically unless canceled.
  5. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.
  6. Taxes and government charges may apply.
  7. Failure to pay may result in account suspension.
  8. Enterprise billing may follow a custom contract.
  9. Payment disputes must be reported within 15 days.
  10. Chargebacks without cause may result in account termination.
  11. Promotional pricing is temporary and non-transferable.
  12. Pridder is not responsible for bank delays or payment gateway fees.
  13. Cancellation ends future billing but does not refund past payments.

G. Intellectual Property (79–89)

  1. All Pridder software, logos, designs, and documentation are copyrighted.
  2. Product interfaces, workflows, and architecture belong to Pridder.
  3. Trademarks may not be used without permission.
  4. Users may not claim ownership of Pridder-created content.
  5. Third-party trademarks appear for identification purposes only.
  6. Custom development remains Pridder’s property unless stated otherwise.
  7. You may not create derivative works from Pridder products.
  8. Feedback or suggestions provided become Pridder’s rights.
  9. Unauthorized use of IP may result in legal action.
  10. Open-source components remain subject to their respective licenses.
  11. Documentation and product guides may not be redistributed.

H. Limitation of Liability (90–96)

  1. Pridder is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  2. We are not responsible for business losses, profit losses, or interruptions.
  3. Pridder is not liable for unauthorized access caused by user negligence.
  4. Maximum liability shall not exceed your subscription fee for 12 months.
  5. Pridder is not responsible for failures caused by third-party providers.
  6. Beta or experimental features are used at your own risk.
  7. Users agree to indemnify Pridder against misuse or policy violations.

I. Governing Law, Disputes & Legal (97–100)

  1. These Terms are governed by applicable local and international laws.
  2. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration or mediation where applicable.
  3. Legal notices must be sent to Pridder’s official support email.
  4. If any clause is found invalid, remaining terms stay in full effect.
